«Carmen was amazing, quick to reply quick to assist, thank you so much! The 12 acre oasis was great. The lighting at night on the stairs at cottage a could be better, it looked like there used to be lights there, but they do not work. When it rained there’s a pretty good leak in the ceiling on the porch at cottage A and the dock with the cinderblocks underneath didn’t seem safe. Those were just a few minor things otherwise everything was good! Thank you again»

«This was probably one of top places i hace stay at using Vrbo! It was immaculate! Nardos was an exceptional host! We were visiting for my daughters senior spring break. I had asked about some insider hot spots and boy did Nardos deliver! We had such a great time! Atlanta was not far from our stay and it was easy to and from Atlanta! «We had a great stay at this Summerhill row house. The home strikes a nice balance between updated comfort and original character, which gave it a lot more personality than your typical rental. The layout worked well for us, with a half bath and living space on the main floor, and two bedrooms with two full baths upstairs. «6 of us were traveling for a convention and this place was very well priced and close to the World Congress Center. The first day we were there the A/C was out so it was hot and muggy but the host was quick to send someone out to fix it for us. The biggest downside was that the internet was VERY slow (Like 2mbps) which did suck but we weren't there much except for sleeping and hanging out after the event. So maybe bring some board games :) Would still stay again 💛»

«Coming in from I-20 this home is 5 minutes away. We did not get stuck in the ATL traffic. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, Grant Park, and the Atlanta Zoo. The home was clean, everything worked and was accessible. Given its location there is only one parking space. So if you fly in and Uber around no worries otherwise, it’s a bit tight. Overall, well worth the rate. Our plan is to stay here again when we are back in ATL!»
