The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply enjoy a morning coffee with panoramic views. The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring three queen bedrooms and a cozy sofa bed—perfect for families, couples, or small groups.

Step outside to your private oasis. The expansive outdoor living area features a covered back patio with lounge seating, an outdoor kitchen, and a propane fire pit—perfect for gathering in the evenings and enjoying Hill Country sunsets. A brand-new hot tub provides the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring, while the pool and shaded conversation area make it easy to spend your days outdoors soaking up the Texas sunshine or dining al fresco under the stars. Out front, guests can also enjoy a basketball hoop and ball, perfect for a quick game or some friendly competition.

Please note, the built-in spa is not currently available, but the new hot tub ensures comfort after a day of exploring. Routine mid-week pool maintenance helps keep everything in top condition.

Vista Azul also hosts a small colony of honey bees, cared for by a local beekeeper. On occasion, guests may have the unique opportunity to observe the beekeeper tending the hives—a fascinating glimpse into Hill Country nature. Please note, the bees are located safely away from the home and outdoor living areas, so guests will not be disturbed during their stay.

Please note: Because the property is surrounded by natural terrain, smoking, fireworks, and outdoor fires are strictly prohibited to protect the land and its guests. Guests are free to use the propane fire pit on the patio.
