The surroundings of Oakridge Ranch teem with wildlife, including whitetail deer, Blackbuck antelope, Ringtail, Fallow Deer, Axis Deer, Wild Turkeys, Gray Fox, and Dove, providing a captivating view from the pool, hot tub, or the serene rocking chairs on the porch.
This truly unique home will exceed your expectations and more! Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, plus an outdoor bath/shower, it offers abundant space for everyone to unwind and relish their privacy. The expansive lower level features a cozy living room, perfect for intimate gatherings, while the fully equipped kitchen makes culinary creations a joy, aided by dual dishwashers for effortless cleanup. Bedrooms one and two also grace the lower level, with Bedroom one showcasing a King bed and Bedroom two featuring 2 queens plus a queen sofa sleeper, both are accompanied by luxurious en-suite bathrooms highlighting expansive walk-in showers.
A highlight of the home is the game room, meticulously designed to entertain all ages. Challenge your companions to a game of pool or classic arcade games, enjoy the ambiance of the jukebox, or gather around the fireplace for board games. The 98-inch Smart TV mounted above the fireplace ensures a cinematic experience for movie nights. Ascend the cedar stairs to the second level, revealing a second living area, full kitchen, and the third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms are equipped with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, the third bedroom includes a daybed perfect for reading your favorite book or for your little one to enjoy. In contrast, the fifth bedroom boasts a full over full bunk bed setup.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $155+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. There is no fencing around the property.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be sent via email.
2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.
3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.
8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
11. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
