«This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. «Our stay at the hotel was overall acceptable, but fairly average. The breakfast was decent, though the selection was somewhat limited, especially when it came to hot food options. The hotel room was generally clean, but it clearly showed signs of wear and tear. There were stains on the wall-to-wall carpet, visible water damage on the ceiling above the shower, large scratch marks in the paint above the bed, and a noticeable cut in the carpet.
