«We truely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The ladies at the reception desk were very sweet and helpful. Our studio apartment was nice, spacious, and well equipped. Pool and exercise room was basic, clean, and well kept. Walking distance from city center. Breakfast however, was horrible. Very few healthy choices, egg powder products and dry sausage. No fruit or whole grain. Overall a nice hotel, well worth the price. However, you might want to plan breakfast at one of the cozy nearby cafes. »

«This location is right in the heart of the University of Virginia grounds so it was very easy for us to drive to John Paul Jones arena for the basketball game and to Klockner Stadium for the lacrosse game. It is on a cu-de-sac with other houses. It is very close to restaurants, the Corner, and the downtown mall. If you are going to Scott Stadium, you can walk there which is great because parking is expensive and difficult to get. The room was clean, but not bright and the temperature on the ...

«no door between the bathroom sink and the bedroom. the sheets were too big and kept on folding. the comforter / duvet was very thin and did not have a proper cover, just loose sheets over and under. Very uncomfortable, and cold. Certainly not first class bed linen as advertised. For breakfast, the eggs were sometimes mixed with meat and onions. I am allergic to onions and asked if it was possible to get gets without onions, but was told this was not possible.»

«The internet is free but they do not twll you that it is extremely slow. How slow? I could not run a download speed test. Whem I raised the issue the hotel staff said that they had raised it to mamagement several times amd management did nothing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. »

«Decent place. Not the cleanest as there was leftover food on the floor when I arrived but don’t mind that too much. Biggest issue is if you are a light sleeper the walls may be too thin for you. But overall it’s a perfectly fine place to stay. »

«Great amenities. Enjoyed the spa, steam room, bar,falcon class, hiking trails and more. I was surprised the heated pools were open in February next time I'm bringing my bathing suit for some winter swimming. Our room was in the 700 building overlooking the lake. It did have a mini fridge that was a nice surprise. It didn't have elevator so conceige kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Our room did have an updated bathroom and a small outdoor balcony overlooking the lake. ...

«Great location, clean rooms, good showers. Breakfast was crazy expensive -- skipped that option. Parking lot was a little challenging and incurred a hidden fee.»

«Dirty sheets with what appears to be blood stains on the end of the bed- Towles, shower, floor and bed spread all has hair on them. The refrigerator runs non stop. The bed sheets weren't even in the correct orientation and were not tucked in. The sheets were damp and stuck to my legs. This is a bottomed dollar hotel so I don't expect much but there is no reason for the room to not be clean.»
