«Checked in. 1. TV didn’t work, not a big deal, they came and repaired it. 2 Bed had no top sheet! Slept with nothing, too hot to sleep with a blanket, see next… 3. Air conditioning did not work, it was 10 PM when we returned and realized it was now 78 in the room, stuck it out for the night, they moved us to another room across the hall. They did offer a coupon for a free night for a future stay, I declined, stating I wouldn’t be returning to that hotel! 4. Next day, when showering, ...

«This wasn't my first stay and will not be my last. I love this quaint, clean and friendly hotel. The staff is friendly, professional and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and every need is met. The decor is adorable, the thoughtful little items in the rooms are greatly appreciated. The beds, pillows and linens are exceptional. Plus, having a cool little food truck on the premises is a great idea. Also, the location is wonderful for exploring Charlottesville.»

«We truely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The ladies at the reception desk were very sweet and helpful. Our studio apartment was nice, spacious, and well equipped. Pool and exercise room was basic, clean, and well kept. Walking distance from city center. Breakfast however, was horrible. Very few healthy choices, egg powder products and dry sausage. No fruit or whole grain. Overall a nice hotel, well worth the price. However, you might want to plan breakfast at one of the cozy nearby cafes. »

«no door between the bathroom sink and the bedroom. the sheets were too big and kept on folding. the comforter / duvet was very thin and did not have a proper cover, just loose sheets over and under. Very uncomfortable, and cold. Certainly not first class bed linen as advertised. For breakfast, the eggs were sometimes mixed with meat and onions. I am allergic to onions and asked if it was possible to get gets without onions, but was told this was not possible.»

«The staff is very nice and helpful. The check in and out process was fast. The room was clean and roomy. The bathroom and shower is big. We didnt get a chance to have the continental breakfast. The parking was plentiful. And also pet friendly. I would definitely book this hotel again for my next stay in Charlottesville.»
