«Perfect staff, perfect room and facilities. We stayed 20 days here and got excellent experience and service. Excellent experience from a family of 2 adults and 3 children. I cannot express my gratitude to all of the staff enough. Thank you. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again.»

«Great room in new part across road from reception. Good aircon and quiet enough despite traffic in Jakarta always busy, even small roads »

«Stayed for 2 nights. My dorm was big enough fit the bunks and some space. It was very clean . The bunk had a privacy curtain, a private lamp, an electrical socket, a mini shelf and a mini hanger for 1/2 clothing items. The bed and a medium mattress, were very comfortable. «The hotel is located just beside a McDonald's and within walking distance of many local eateries, so finding something to eat was really easy. It's also close to the bus stop and train station, making it very convenient to travel around the city centre»

«Great Hotel, but difficult to get around if you dont know the area. Had a nice stay and the children enjoyed the pool area»

«Bien placé pour vivre local...»

«Not happy with the location. Didn't feel safe walking around. Mold in room so I was moved to different room that was a bit better. Mold still visible. Gym equipment not well maintained. Enjoyed the pool. Restaurant was ok. Staff gave me wrong address to the beach and I ended up being dropped off with Grab and wondered around lost. I wouldn't stay there again.»

«The staff was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and deserving of 5 stars! Unfortunately, the air conditioning was weak, the room felt damp, and the hallways were too dark. The hotel needs improvement, but the service was excellent.»
