My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. First, the toilet in my room stopped working, which is a basic necessity that should never be an issue. It was inconvenient and made the room uncomfortable to use.
On top of that, the keycards repeatedly stopped working, forcing me to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times just to regain access to my own room. This was not only inconvenient but showed a clear lack of proper maintenance and organization.
To make matters worse, one of the elevators was out of service, which caused long wait times and unnecessary delays, especially when trying to go up and down with luggage.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. When paying to stay at a hotel, you expect basic functionality, comfort, and reliability—none of which were consistently provided here. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
