«We came for a wedding and opted for this property over the proposed hotel stay at wedding rate. Great decision! The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were so nice and stocked with all you need. The outside deck in the mornings where we listened to birds and had coffe was great. The owner is an excellent communicator... Would stay here again. Recommend to others. »

«We had a great time visiting with our son and our daughter who are both App State students. The location was very convenient to campus; less than 15 minutes away. We loved the big family area; we could all recline and watch TV or sit at the table and still talk to each other. Only drawback was the bumpy, steep driveway; took our daughter several tries to get up each time with her little FWD car. When we come back again, we would definitely try this place again. »
