«We loved everything about this house. The location had us 5-7 minutes from everything we wanted to see, the back yard gave us a feel of being in the woods and the back porch allowed us to relax while listening to everything going on around us (it was peacefully quiet so there was nothing but nature sounds)! The owners were so nice and we even chatted with the neighbors. We are planning an adult trip soon and cannot wait to come back»

«Derek and Patty’s house is in a very sweet neighborhood! Quiet pretty sidewalks were really nice for walking. I travel with two dogs, and we enjoyed all of the conservation land in Rockbridge area, the Katy Trail by Cooper’s Landing, and also really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Murray’s Restaurant is close for excellent take out or to have a glass of wine and listen to music. It was super nice that the dogs could use the pool, and they even had a stack of dog towels and special chews ...

«This was a charming house that is well over 100 years old. The neighborhood is an old mill town near a railroad and a river. The house was perfect for our large family and we didn't feel cramped at all. The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. There is no central air conditioning, but there were window units in every room that kept it cool and comfortable.»
