With the villa being close to the Javea Old Town and Arenal Beach, as well its array of restaurants, bars and shops it's easy to see why this villa is an ideal choice if you are looking for that all important getaway within a short drive to the amenities. Please use your discretion if walking down the street to the town centre, as it is narrow, winding, and down the hill without a pedestrian pathway.
