The accommodation features an induction American-style kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, plates and bowls. Open to the living-dining room, it creates a spacious and functional environment with dining table, comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. From the living room you have direct access to a pleasant terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for breakfast, lunch or relaxing outdoors.



The rest area is located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and access to a lovely private balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the living-dining room and in the master bedroom.

The property is very well situated just 500 metres from Primer Montañar rocky beach and a pleasant 15-minute walk to the port area and 20 minutes to Arenal Beach and Jávea town centre. Furthermore, it is surrounded by all services, with a Mercadona supermarket just 30 metres away and very close to the well-known restaurant La Siesta. Jávea golf course is 6 km away and Montgó Natural Park is 8 km away. It is also 50 km from Terra Mítica amusement park. It is an ideal area for families, by the sea and with multiple leisure options such as snorkelling, sailing, fishing and hiking.
