Furnished with very modern furnishings as of 2025, the villa combines refined aesthetics with practical comfort across every space.

On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility for guests. This welcoming area opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. An open kitchen is fully integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms each feature 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower room with WC and direct access to the balcony. A third bedroom on this level is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from balcony access and its own shower room with WC.
