«We had an amazing experience at this property. Katy was an incredible host. Very responsive and helpful. The home was clean, well stocked, and spacious. We loved having so many beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys to use. We loved the location. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. So close to the fun quaint boardwalk and to the beach. We paid extra for the golf cart and it was so worth it. We loved our time in Duck!»

«Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.»

«This house was a perfect find in Duck for a couple families with small kids. The bedroom and bathroom situation worked well, property was clean, and location was great. Two things really stood out tho. First, when the property listing says the kitchen is well stocked, it's not an exaggeration. There are plenty of pans, utensils, even a pitcher. Everything is super clean too. But the best was the communication from the host- responsive and helpful at every turn. Thanks for the great stay!»

"Very interesting check in. You touch the screen and the man is coming up same second, I thought that it was AI at first. It was said that breakfast starts 7.30 but at this time it was nothing there, lady came only 7.45 with some youghurts and snacks. Milk was too old and allready sour, so no possibility to eat some cereal. Rooms were big and clean, beds comfortable. Very close to the beach and for very good price"
