«Communication with the hosts was clear from the start. My elderly parents got there first and checked in on time having no issues with the code. I got there shortly after & had an email with a phone number to contact right away with any issues (which we never needed but appreciated). The house is truly set up to be a home-away-from home with nearly everything we could need or want to make our stay pleasant. «We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway.
