«The overall hotel is good for a 3 star hotel. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast is a nice amenity. Cons: There were stains on the walls in bathroom, the tub could use a better scrub, and the carpet was dirty.»

«Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time»

«Upon arrival at 4:00 P.M., the hotel had no electricity. Not their fault but there was no one at the desk or anywhere near it. I went outside to find a man in a sleeveless tee shirt to ask if there was anyone who worked there. It was him. We got into the hotel at 10:00, no word of any kind of compensation. «Very nice staff. Hotel was very convenient to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel that will take you to the Busch Gardens parking lot for $1.50 which runs every 1/2 hr or so. Room was spacious. Bed covers had pizza sauce type stain and grease stain but everything else seemed clean. Nice place to stay for a good price.»

«Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. The cleaning staff had come in and taken away all the hand towels, probably they were needed in another room. The Reception staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast ...

Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.»
