«We had a small bachelorette trip and it was the perfect location. Just right up one flight of stair and a quick walk across the parking lot to the beach. It was very safe and everything was as described. Check in and out was very easy. I also slept on the pullout sofa and it was one of the most comfortable pullout sofas I’ve slept on. It was a great stay for us.»

«Great for families. A playground with sand right next to the tennis courts, and the beach is a 5 min walk away. We brought scooters for the kids, which was perfect. Fully stocked with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again!»

«This villa is really Nice decorated and comfortable. For the rental price, we would have appreciated beach towels available, as well as a basic kitchen kit (salt and pepper). One of the bedrooms is really noisy du to the AC close by. »

«Our stay was wonderful at this Oceanfront condo. The property was very clean and a perfect set up for a family with kids. It rained during our stay but we were able to enjoy the views on the balcony while our little ones napped. It was so convenient to go out to the beach when the weather was nice and pop back in when it started raining! It was very close to Freshfields village which was conventient. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the calmness and beauty of Kiawah!»

«Nice place: good layout, fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, loved the sun room, quiet area of Seabrook Island. Really enjoyed the location and the property. Upon arrival found plates and glasses that were not clean- so we ran the dishwasher and resolved- an opportunity for the Property Manager. Also, in communication with PM- we informed them the hammock was broken. They told us it is not included in the amenities. The website listing shows 4 pictures of a hammock and mentions ...

«The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again.»

«We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at the Pelican Beach Villa! This villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. Stunning views of the Edisto river. Just a quick walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The wildlife was incredible. We even had some deer come by as we were sitting on the covered porch. Highly recommend this villa! Thanks for having us! 😊»

«It was a nice place with a good pool and a nice beach. I was a little disappointed that the dishwasher was broken during our stay. With our family of five, it was a pain to do the dishes by hand. The beds were very comfy and the shower was nice. I also liked being able to easily walk to IOP. My only other wish was for more beach stuff available in the condo for the kids to play with. «This was a very comfortable house. Unsure why it has anything less than 5 star reviews. It was convenient to everything. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer. If there was a larger group there, there may be an issue because there is only one bathroom, but for the price, you cannot beat this. Its basically across the street from food and grocery stores. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, and anything you need. It is a duplex. Just be aware because people get confused for some reason. ...
