«The place itself is wonderful and would recommended. Place wasn’t properly cleaned, housekeeper was still cleaning at 5:30- and left us with zero toilet paper. Fireplace not usable at all! House filled with smoke. Hottub very good and clean. Almost no propane left in grille. Very comfy beds!!!! Sheets have hair all over them. Cleanliness could be better. »

Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most.
