I have stayed at this hotel more than twenty times. The most important for us travelers is not the facility, but the hotel staff. The facility of this hotel is excellent, but what they can be proud of is their staff and their services. Some inconveniences may occur as they are human and also we guests are human as well. However, their follow-up s are always timely and perfect, that is why I love this hotel.

this is one of the oldest hotel in Jakarta, they are still under renovation for some parts of hotel but grand deluxe room and lobby are refurbished and nice. service is wxcellent, location is excellent, my room is new refurbished. I'm happy to stay here, wouldnt mind to stay here again

My second stay at Sari Pacifc within a month. Still work in progress and undergoing refurbishment. But back here because of my pleasant stay last month. As usual, received a warm welcome by the staff there with their broadest smiles. Special mention to Mr Gusti who greeted us at the front desk and took all efforts to make our stay warm and pleasant. Even gave us a warm send off when we left for home. Definitely a return stay for my next business trip.

친절하고 깨끗하며 안전한 호텔
호텔1층은 공사중이었으나 나머지는 공사가 끝난상태였습니다. 룸은 매우 깨끗하고 룸클리닝을 청결하게 잘 해주었으며 하우스닥터(의사 간호사)가 상주해있었습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 만일 자카르타에 다시 간다면 호텔은 여기로 다시 예약할 것 같습니다

Stayed here on a biz trip. Hotel is under some major upgrading works so the lobby is not aesthetically at its best. Do expect noise during the day. Food needs some serious improvement though the spread is decent. But you can hardly find any more pleasant hotel staff anywhere. Hotel receptionist Ria was very warm and welcoming as were the Guest Relations team Sindy, Trie and Stefany who also did an awesome job at welcoming guests. Lovely touch with a personalized welcome message that was painstakingly crafted on the room mirror. Special mention to Cahya who was so accommodating when I needed to use the meeting room at the private lounge. Was asked regularly by all staff who waited on me on how to improve the hotel. They appear to be genuine in improving their standards. Especially evident through their Service Manager Eko who even walked me to my ride back to the airport.

The hotel was great for me as I was travelling with my female friends and we felt very safe on the property. The staff was very amiable. Although we did face some issues with amenities such as the shower water only running cold, the staff were quick to resolve the issues for us. This hotel is great for travellers seeking safety and convenience as it is within walking distance of many malls and restaurants. Would definitely come again

Wifiが快適でかつ翌日迎えに来てくれる人に分かりやすい宿ということでここを選んだ。 Wifiが不調だったのでネット会議に支障が出そうだった。 部屋を代えてほしいとリクエストしたら価格の高い部屋にアップグレードすれば快適になるからと言って追加料金を要求された。Wifiが使えることを表示してある契約なので追加料金は払えないと言うと技術者を呼んでいるの説明の繰返しになった。 結局会議も買い物も夕食に出かけることも出来なかった。ホテルの日本食レストランがキャンペーンで安くしている看板が立っていたのでサーモンいくら丼をルームサービスで注文しようとした。確認の際、端末の価格を指で押さえて確認を求められた。そこには約2倍の料金が表示されていたので理由を聞くとキャンペーンは昨日終わったので今日からは定価になると言われた。 最終的には看板の値段となった。 23時を過ぎても技術者は来なかったのでフロントに苦情を言うと3人の責任者風の人がやって来てやっとWifiの使える部屋に移動することになった。 交換された部屋はスイートルームで台所やミーティングルームも付いておりネットは高速で繋がった。 しかし大切な一泊の夜の時間は6時間余り奪われ何も出来なかった。 部屋はシャワーも使わず寝るだけになってしまった。 もっと早くネットが繋がる部屋に変えてくれればよかったと思う。深夜にスイートルームに変えても日本からの交通費を考えると失ったもの方が大きかった。

The Shitiest stay I had at this hotel the food is tasteless the food is never the same ingredients the service is slow and the airconditioning in the room is appalling rooms hot especially for the Westerners and must keep the curtains closed to have some sort of cool environment overall not good and will never stay there again. I have a Motorbike in Jakarta and i could not park my motorbike on the premisses of the hotel as a guest i had to park of site but if you drive a car you can park on the premisses. How does that work.

Good and clean room but need improvement for resto
Legendary hotel at the central business and government in JL Thamrin. Hotel made a good maintaining of their facility however some of old looking facility are still looking clearly nearby the walking pedestrian from parking lot to lobby. my hotel room look like just renovated with gorgeous looking but some of the wallpaper are out of the glue. Basically room and ramp from lift are okay. The restaurant menu and display are too simple and giving a not good looking as a famous hotel, this need a serious improvement

Got served Non Veg Nachos with Beef to Veg person
The worst experience I had during my stay was when I ordered Vegetarian food and I was served Nachos with Beef. And the hotel wasn't even willing to compensate which was dissapointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff A big shock that alcohol is at outrageous prices. A bottle of a simple wine US$ 110.-- If Indonesia likes to see tourists they should do something about this. I love a glass of wile with my meal but this stops me to ever visit Jakarta again.

Well the stay I would say it ok the Hotel now is under renovation so very noisy during the day time. the standard room very old need to be upgraded The business center has been stop for renovation but I think u need to have a tempoary Business center for the guest who need to use it

Excellent location within waking to restaurants and shopping, 15 minute walk to Grand Indonesia shopping mall. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, quiet, comfortable. Buffet style breakfast varied and tasty. Good choice, I would stay there again.
