Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Der Service ist mittelmäßig nicht wie man es von Novotel gewohnt ist. Das Frühstück ist unter Durchschnittlich. Ebenso der Service.

the rooms were large and comfortable but felt it wasn't clean enough. The sofa was very dusty and didn't feel comfortable sitting in it. We weren't in the room much but to sleep so it was fine.

Not too bad, but could be better.
I had good stay there. However, my review there: For the price I got, it s better to stay in another newer renovated hotel. Because the hotel is not fabulous, but the staffs are nice and friendly. Swimming pool is small. The bed was firm, good. Hotel strictly did not give late check out, need to pay if you need one :-(

Sub-standard Accor Hotel.
The hotel did not reflect a 4-star hotel but a mere 2-star hotel. The aircon was broken though the engineer managed to fix it, it was not really cool. The hotel condition was gloomy. Amenities in the room was sub standard. Shampoo and bath gel bottles were empty. Sometimes the housekeeper didn't provide bottled water. I've stayed in many Accor hotels around the world, probably this is the worst.

Positive: Very friendly & helpful staff, bed is comfortable and great for sleep Negative: Water is not hot enough for shower; very limited choices for breakfast, it starts by 07:00 but I went there nearly 08:00, a lot of plates were either empty or in a mass. Too many local people there and it was noisy as well

Saya membawa rombongan keluarga dan memesan 4 kamar selama 6 hr di novotel gajah mada. Kamar luas, kasur kingsize, cocok utk keluarga yg punya anak kecil. Staff ramah dan helpfull tetapi kebersihan kamar tidak memuaskan. Lantai karpet tidak di vakum atau klpun di vakum terkesan asal2an.. sisa remahan roti dilantai tetap ada. Air minum cmn diberi 1 botol, kami mesti minta tambahan air lagi. Semua kamar cmn diberi 1 handuk, kami minta tambahan handuk. Hr kedua semua kamar tidak dibersihkan dgn alasan tidak diminta utk bersihkan.. padahal sdh sy pesan ke cleaning service kl semua kamar hrs dibersihkan tiap hr.. tag utk minta dibersihkan tidak ada di pintu kamar. Saat sprti ini harusnya prokes tetap dijalankan.. apalagi soal pembersihan dan sterilisasi kamar.. mohon diperhatikan.

ホテルに早朝8:30に着いたので当然チェックインは出来ないと思っていたのですがしばらくラウンジで飲み物を飲んで(無料でした)休んでいて下さいとのこと。1時間もしたら受付のスタッフが部屋の鍵を持ってラウンジに来てくれました。しかもExecutive Roomでした。予約したのはNormal Roomです。  プラスアルファーの費用を払うことなく10時前にチェックインできました。感謝です。

空港へのアクセスが良く、オールドジャカルタに近く観光に便利
到着当日は、新年祭日とジャカルタ市内各所で洪水被害があり空港で2時間以上のタクシー待ちで苦労したが、ホテル周辺は被害が少なく近くの飲食店での食事が出来た。 タクシーも常時数台待機中で、早朝便利用により04:00チェックアウト後直ぐにタクシーに乗車が出来、空港も混んでなくて初めて混雑する事無く出国手続きまで進みました。 今回の滞在中は、大量の降雨で各地で道路の冠水により、ホテル近場での観光ショッピングで終了。

Mixed Feelings
There were issues with the reservation and hotel claimed could not find my booking. Claimed that some of the rooms booked were cancelled, not all rooms come with breakfast, etc. the staff showed me their system bookings even though I’ve got the email confirmation from hotels.com. I still do not know what happened, if it’s a mistake by either Novotel or hotels.com, but kudos to the hotel staff in persevering to sort out with hotels.com. Hotel condition and location still as good.

スイートとスーペリアと違う種類の部屋で計七泊しました。立地条件が良かったため、宿泊延長をしました。スイートが広すぎたので、スーペリアの方で延長したのですが、清掃の後、フェイスタオルやマットが敷いていない、交換されたシャンプー等は封が開けてあり、使い回してあるなど、非常に不快でした。いいホテルだったため、残念です 次、利用することはないです

House keeping is quite bad.. stayed in multiple Novotel, but this one the staff are saving on all amenities.. The steam room is under maintenance & the Sauna is quite old with almost zero maintenance.. floors are creaking & even the wooden water bucket is broken & there is a temporary plastic container inside this to hold water.. doesn’t live up to Novotel standards
