Great service every time we stay here. The restaurants in the hotel and the surrounding area are excellent. Very comfortable in a great location as everything you need is all around you in Central Jakarta. You will not regret staying at this hotel.

The front desk, concierge, breakfast buffet, and room cleaning services were not only efficient but also delivered with a friendly touch. Access to the executive lounge was a highlight, with an exceptional team ensuring a delightful experience. Overall, our stay in Jakarta was greatly enhanced by the hotel's ambiance and services.

Staff is wonderful and attentive. Great breakfast. Hotel is a bit dated and worn. Air conditioner in the room wouldn’t go cooler than 20c.

Hotel is nice; rooms are well appointed. Nice beds, great toilets and bathtub. Not quite at the top level for amenities provided. Bare minimum number of towels, in room coffee, no iron and board. They are happy to provide if you call. Staff is mostly friendly. Good gym and pool.

It's 3-Star Hotel
The carpet on the floor of the guest room corridor was dirty throughout. And the breakfast was not tasty enough to be a 5-star hotel, and there was not enough variety. The hair dryer outlet in the bathroom was broken, the room lights could only be turned on and off with the master switch, which was inconvenient, and the TV had to be unplugged and reset each time before it could be viewed properly.
