«I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. «Stunning property. Immaculate rooms and public areas. Didn’t dine here but menu looked amazing. Bar staff were knowledgeable and professional. Cocktails to die for. Will certainly be returning.»

«I enjoyed my stay»

«Ikke veldig bra renhold på rommet / skjeggkre på baderommet! Ok beliggenhet og frokost !»

«The Abbey Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone. Accessible for people with disabilities as well. Great reception staff. 10/10 would stay again.»

«Good location for the city centre shops, bars food outlets with 20 minutes walk to railway station. No breakfast. Bedroom décor functional, bed comfortable but a surprisingly modern bathroom with good shower. Reception on 3rd floor but lift out of order. «No one was there when I arrived, I waiting ten minutes then had to start calling out to get someone's attention. No lift and was put on upper floors. In actuality the hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. There is restaurant to the hotel you have to go out side and go to a restaurant next door. Not ideal.»

«Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. »

«This is the worst place a ever been to/ it’s a shame in every way. »

«Nice quiet area and nice neighbors and lovely house with fully amenities for the accommodation and close to city centre and football ground and university nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to inner ring road and outer ring road and close to motorway northbound southbound and eastbound»

«Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools »

«Veldig hyggelig og sjarmerende lite hotell med fantastiske verter. Gammelt bygg som er satt i stand. Rent og pent. God frokost. Et sted å føle deg hjemme. »
