Sunshine Manor is a beautifully remodeled and stylishly decorated condo located right on the beach. With unobstructed ocean views and direct beach access from a private entrance, the setting is ideal for a relaxing coastal escape while still being close to local dining and shopping.

Spacious Interiors
This fully furnished home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. The large family room provides plenty of space to gather, while the glassed-in sunroom offers a calm spot to read, work, or simply watch the ocean. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable year-round, and natural light and coastal decor create an inviting atmosphere throughout.

Sleeping Arrangements
With 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, there’s room for families and groups to spread out comfortably. Soft linens and cotton linens are provided to make settling in easy after a day at the beach.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen is equipped with new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, stainless steel single oven, toaster, and coffee maker, along with a dining table for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners.

Outdoor Living
Spend time on the patio or balcony with the ocean nearby, then rinse off after the beach using the outdoor shower. With direct beach access just steps away, you can come and go easily throughout the day.

Comfort & Convenience
You’ll have free washer and dryer in unit, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace for anyone mixing in remote work. Entertainment includes a 50 inch HDTV, and thoughtful essentials like towels, bed linens, and bathroom basics are provided.

Parking & Access
The condo includes free parking garage on premises - 2 spaces, making arrivals and day trips simple. A private entrance provides easy access and added convenience throughout your stay.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-No pets allowed on this property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
