THE SPACE

A ground floor condo with a private patio and a grassy lawn looking toward the Atlantic, in a secluded, quiet oceanfront community with the beach steps away. A renovated kitchen, a bar and wine fridge, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an optional golf cart suit a family or a group of friends.

PATIO, LAWN AND OCEAN VIEWS

The living area and the main bedroom open to a grassy lawn with impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean, and a private patio has outdoor dining and patio furniture. The secluded beach is steps away. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided, so bring your own.

RENOVATED KITCHEN

The kitchen is completely renovated, with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. You have a refrigerator and freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, a kettle, and a coffee maker with Keurig and drip options. Dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and cooking basics are provided, and there is a dining table.

LIVING AREA AND LAYOUT

The open floor plan is made for families. The living room has a built-in bar, a wine fridge, and a Smart TV, and there are TVs in all of the bedrooms, with cable and streaming throughout. Streaming uses guests' own logins. Free high speed WiFi is included, and the condo is laptop friendly. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating are provided.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and Bedroom 2 has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have a lock on the door and a TV. The condo has two full bathrooms.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

A washer and a dryer are in the unit. An iron, ironing board, hangers, towels, and linens are provided. Starter items cover the first few days: dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Children are welcome.

GOLF CART

A golf cart can be added to any reservation for $25 per night, and it must be booked for the entire stay. A signed golf cart waiver is required, and no one under 18 may drive the cart.

SHARED OUTDOOR POOL

The pool is a shared, fenced outdoor community pool. Gates must stay closed, and it closes at 10:00 PM. No glass, ceramics, music, or dogs are allowed in the pool area.

ARRIVAL & ACCESS

Check in is by self check in, and the condo has a private entrance. Every guest enters the gated community through the main security gate, open 24 hours, and picks up a pass there. The condo is on the bottom floor, to the right, so do not use the elevator. Free parking is provided, with overflow parking in the community. The circle is for unloading only.

EXPLORE AMELIA ISLAND

Scenic walking and biking trails are close by, with shopping and dining nearby. A nature center offers family activities, and nearby parks have green space. Historic Fernandina Beach, the second oldest town in the country, is a short 10 mile drive, with restaurants, shops, and nightlife for young adults and families.

THINGS TO NOTE

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and a 7 night minimum stay applies. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This is a quiet unit, and community rules are strictly enforced. The community is undergoing a roofing project, with equipment near the entrance and exit driveways, temporary parking restrictions there, and daytime work that may be seen or heard. Check in is after 4:00 PM, with early check in when possible. Checkout is before 10:00 AM, and late checkouts are not available.
