Living space
Vaulted ceilings run through the living and dining areas, giving the home a spacious flow. The HDTV anchors the living room for evening wind-downs, while the enclosed sunroom offers a quieter retreat - perfect for reading, a stretch of focused work at the dedicated workspace, or watching the course shift through the afternoon light.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds. Each room comes stocked with bed linens, hangers, and ample storage to make settling in easy.
 
Bathrooms
Both full bathrooms include a bathtub and are stocked with fresh towels and essentials - ideal for unwinding after time on the course or along the shore.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. The dining table sits right off the kitchen for easy shared meals any time of day.
 
Outdoor living
Step out to the private patio, which opens onto a backyard with a grassy stretch to enjoy the Florida outdoors. As guests of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, you'll have access to the community pool and beach access point - moving from a poolside afternoon to the shore takes no effort at all.
 
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, private entrance, and free parking for 2 vehicles handle the everyday essentials. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all on-site for peace of mind.
 
Please note: The community pool and beach access point are private to Sawgrass Golf & Country Club residents and guests. There is no parking available at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
