Enjoy peaceful sunrise views from the oceanfront balcony, accessible from the dining area. Descend one more level to discover the ocean-facing primary bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Also on this level, find two guest bedrooms, one with two Twins and one with a King bed and a spacious west-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying sunsets amid a peaceful canopy of trees. A shared guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo completes this spacious villa, ideal for a memorable oceanfront retreat on Amelia Island. You'll have the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer, as well as free WiFi. Plus, this unit includes one assigned parking spot in the covered carport and convenient elevator access. During the busy season, we kindly request that each group limits its vehicles to a maximum of two to ensure a smooth parking experience for all guests. Please note, this property does have a security camera located at the front door.

Refunds, relocations, or date changes will not be offered due to elevator outages.

Access to Racquet Park is restricted to club members and their guests, except for lesson or clinic bookings.

Bookings between 2 and 21 nights include a credit toward a variety of beach gear, delivered right to your door before arrival. After booking, VayKLife will reach out directly with all the details, credit amount, and instructions for reserving your gear. This credit applies to current calendar year bookings only. To ensure gear is ready for your first day, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day before your arrival. Orders placed after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery, and same-day delivery is not available.
