Welcome to Fernandina Cay 104, a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo perfectly situated across the street from Main Beach on Amelia Island. This spacious coastal retreat offers stunning ocean views, a community pool, and the ideal location—steps from the sand, walking distance to great restaurants, and just minutes from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach.

The primary bedroom suite features a King bed, a ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and direct access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves.

The second bedroom includes a King bed and an attached private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for guests. The third bedroom is perfect for families or friends, offering a Queen bed and a Twin bed with easy access to the third full bathroom.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and the open-concept living area invites relaxation with plenty of natural light and ocean breezes.
After a day at the beach or exploring nearby Fort Clinch State Park, unwind by the pool or stroll to one of the local oceanfront restaurants.

Great, easy location. Loved being right at Main Beach. The pool was fine. The condo needs to be freshened up. New bed linens and definitely new pillows would be welcome. Also, other than beach towels, there are NO beach supplies--no chairs, no umbrellas. Those are a must.

Perfect location and great condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is huge and has everything you could need. The location is a 10 for beach, shops, restaurants. The drive into the cute downtown area is 2 miles not bad at all. Very clean, easy checkin and out. Thank you for a great stay!

The layout of the condo was fantastic! Having the elevator open to the front door was convenient and fun. The balcony was wonderful, and the condo was nicely and comfortably decorated. I hope to return!

Amazing location and amenities!

This is our 2nd year staying in this condo for Spring Break. We love the location, the size of the condo, and all of the extras they provide such as beach chairs, toys, puzzles, kitchen tools, beach towels, etc. It is a home away from home! We plan to book this condo again in the future!

Excellent condo

It was great. Kitchen well-appointed. Used pool once and it was well maintained. Had coffee on balcony every morning to enjoy sunrise over ocean. one parking space in garage. Otherwise public lot and can park cars there , usually quite easily. Nice park across street. Walk to Oceanside dining. Only critique would be that two smaller bedrooms have light coming in at night from commercial establishment next door.

Fernadina Fun

With 3 Bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 living rooms, a balcony with tall Adirondack chairs, and a spacious, well stocked kitchen, this unit has it all. Spacious, private, comfortable and located close to all Fernandina has to offer. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location, huge condo, well-stocked!

We are a family of 6 who stayed for 3 nights. The location was amazing! Right next to Salt Life and across the road from another beach restaurant, right across from the beach (easy access), and right across from a kids playground, putt putt, and icecream. The condo was HUGE! Most condos on the beach are smaller, but this condo was not that! It had 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, foyer area, and the best thing ever- an elevator that went straight from the garage right up to our front door! Everything was extremely clean and well-stocked. They even had beach chairs, toys, etc in the garage for us to use. We also loved sitting on the balcony watching the beach, listening to the waves, and people watching. The condo is close to stores, sports courts, other restaurants, and Fort Clinch. We will 100% be back to stay at this condo!!! Nothing negative about our stay at all!

150 steps....

Until you have ypur toes in the sand! Very very clean upon arrival. Kitchen came fully stocked with cooking supplies. Cute, beachy interior. Comfy beds. More hussle and bussley area but we loved it. We would love to come back!

Not good first experience

This was my first experience with Vrbo. Not sure I would do it again. The unit needs some better cleaners. The towels were stained and grey (we used our beach towels), the freezer was not cleaned, so we only used part of the freezer, the clothes washer was dirty, ironing board cover was dirty and stained so we didn’t use it, the clothes drying rack had mold on it, one of the frying pans still had eggs on it from the last people, and the toaster over was dirty too. The balcony needed a cleaning and windows were so dirty you could hardly see out. The carpet in one of the smaller bedroom was very dirty, I didn’t even want to walk on it without flip flops. The headboards were not attached to the frame, just leaned against the wall, it was weird. It was very noisy, banging from 8:30a to 7:30p. I found out…they were working on the roof. It would have been nice to know this in advance because I would have canceled. I was given an option to move to another unit but my friends are older and would have taken to long to pack them up, move and unpack. Needless to say, there were no naps during the day. Thank goodness it wasn’t a long stay. I was told they would like to give me a discount for my inconvenience but I haven’t heard from anyone as of yet. I hope the owners contact me so that I can send them pictures. Disappointing, very disappointing. Location was great though.

Our daughter's sweet 16 birthday vacation

Our daughter wanted to go to Florida for her 16th birthday. We picked Amelia Island and it was a wonderful experience! This condo was nice, clean, and very convenient to everything especially the beach! The only downfall was that the pool was not well kept. It didn't appear to be cleaned the week we were there. But it was still nice that there was a pool after long day at the beach to cool off. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This condo not only met our expectations but exceeded them. From the well stocked kitchen to the beautiful beach view, the convenience of the location and the quick response of the owner, I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a quiet, family orientated vacation. And make sure to check out Salt Life restaurant next door! They have awesome music you can enjoy from your balcony and amazing food as well!

Great vacation

Property was a perfect size for our 3 couples. Just a walk across the street to the beach. It wasn't to crowded so getting to and from the beach was easy. Some great places to eat next to the condon and just a 5 minute drive to the town area of the island.

This Condo EXCEEDS expectations

We arrived to a very clean and well stocked condo. The condo was more spacious than expected and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Beautiful views from the balcony and perfect location. We will definitely try to stay here again on any future visits to Amelia Island.

Was not expecting this property to be a good fit for us. Not on the beach but didn’t matter. 3 min easy walk. Thought it was not going to be in a good location. Turned out to be perfect! Beautiful Beach Condo

Loved it! My family and I stayed here for a wedding weekend. We were stuck inside for most of it outside of going to the wedding, because of a rainy cold front, so we were really thankful to have such a cozy and spacious space to hangout in. We will definitely stay again!!
