The place is 2.5 blocks from the beach, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We were just 2 people with our pup for 10 days so it wasn't a problem. The king bed in the main bedroom was the bedroom we used and it was nice. It is place a quaint, older property that looks like it has been painted over a dozen times. It was a little dated but functional. The AC was great. It kept it cool and wasn't overly noisy. The big TV in the living room was nice. The property provided a small fenced in area in the back with the outside shower, some chairs and a grill. We only used the back gate to load and unload our car. Parking was in rear.We had a few minor issues. We are big water drinkers, especially in hot/humid Florida. The fridge didn't have an ice maker and there were no ice trays. The host got us a bunch of them by the next morning. The fridge works well and froze the water quickly but it made an odd sound most of the time. There was no dishwasher either. Also be aware that a few days in we needed something from underneath the sink and when we pulled out a roll of paper towels, they brushed the wire going to the garbage disposal and it suddenly started running. Checking, we found the switch on. Be careful.Folding beach chairs, bag beach chairs, a beach mat and a popup canopy were on site. We attempted the canopy in the front yard before we going to the beach. Unfortunately, it was ripped with braces broken. We had six bath towels, wash clothes and some beach towels. It was enough.
