A unique, centrally located 1 bedroom rental with a pool and a yard full of 60-70 flowering plants! Just 10 blocks from the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. The spacious bathroom and extras that will help make your stay a memorable one. 3 block walk to a bakery, restaurants, brewery and such. Other private pools in Jax Beach are $250/nt+ and we have the only waterslide in town. The 16’x8’ pavilion has comfy couches, just a few steps from your door. It also is equipped with a water mister for hot days. Plenty of shady places to chill in the fenced-in back yard or grab a tan in the sun! Lawn games and pool floats as well. A stocked Kuerig with 12 coffee types to kick start the morning. For guests staying 3+ nights you can use the golf cart free for a few hours one day(or rent for cheap, info below). Staying just 1 night? Contact me prior, to save $ on cleaning fee. 2 newly updated parks just 8 blocks(use our pickleball/tennis rackets, basketball, football, golf clubs, backpack cooler beach chairs, e-scooters and bikes). Lots of privacy, good times and relaxation to be had and… at normally the most inexpensive rental in town!

but, PLEASE continue to look at all the pics/description of the property in and out, to see if this is for you. We feel the space is great, but also realize it isn’t for everyone. It makes sure everyone is happy upon arrival. We feel the rental works great for 2 people and 3-4 if you have children. 4 adults are welcome if you are looking to save $, but will be tight while inside.

My biggest surprise: how many people chose to never leave the pool area for how relaxing/fun they found it! Also all of our repeat winter monthly renters! Thank you, I am from up north as well and all my beach trips as a child brought me here.

A constant beach breeze from nearby sports fields and so close to the ocean. Add in the pool’s slide cascading water and a tranquil afternoon is about to be had. We also do not charge for extra guests, laundry or have any hidden fees. We make sure to have the lowest($45) cleaning fee, since I do it myself and appreciate you staying here. You get a parking spot in the pavemented driveway. Then only 20 easy steps past blooming plants to your door and backyard oasis. To enter the rental it’s only a 6” step up, so very accessible for kids and older folks. 10% off all rentals 28+ days. Only $25 for ALL fury friends if paid on the reservation($35 if late). So, please just remember to add them to the reservation. All of these will save you quite a bit of $ to spend around town. Personalized lit up numeric keypad door lock making entrance easy and safe. Many people also like that 3 of my neighbors are police, so a very safe environment.

INSIDE: a bedroom, bathroom and 2 stocked walk in closets.

BEDROOM: The queen bed has 4 pillows, the comfiest of sheets and 3 blankets to choose from. There are 2 Cimino 29.5” Sleepers(Wayfair) that double as a couch/ottoman. This is where guests 3 and 4 would sleep. All bedding and 4 extra pillows included. An AC window unit to keep the room at your perfect temp and very quiet at just 55db. A large ceiling fan, and standing fan in the closet, to adjust to your comfort level. The 6’ mirror is convenient for makeup and getting ready for the night out. Seven foot high windows, with shutter style blinds beautifully and easily adjust the very well lit area. After the sun sets gently thru the trees and bedroom blinds, 3 auto night lights make moving around the area simple. Also handy for when entering the rental at night, you can see very easily with all the lights off. 2 “touch” reading lamps are on each side of the bed with 3 brightness settings. 4 folding tables for computer/eating and 4”x2’ coffee table. The area is also full of plants, often blooming.

BATHROOM: well lit with large counter/mirror, beautiful plants and lots of storage. Stand alone shower and separate large soaking tub! Shampoo/conditioner/soap included. Lots of extras like Aloe and lotion(fresh Aloe plants outside to use as well:). Plug-ins keep the area smelling fresh.

2 Large walk-in Closets: contain kitchen-like amenities and much more: large condiment stocked fridge, microwave, air fryer-pizza oven, deep basin sink and stocked Keurig. A 2 burner stovetop, pots, pans and silverware. Deep basin upgraded sink. A nice separate space to keep lingering smells out of the sleeping area unlike some rentals!(can view in pics) Spices, 4 wine glasses, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Plug in back massager after a long day. 40 games and styrofoam cooler too.

The washer/dryer is in the garage and accessible anytime. Taylor Made golf clubs, no charge, balls too. (Jax Beach Golf 1.5 miles away).

OUTSIDE: There is a year round pool that can be used anytime of day and night. With a slide! Plenty of seating, clean grill and plug in Edison lights at night. Lots blooming flowers border the the front and back yard. A 16’x8’ pavilion, with a constant breeze, is right outside your door for all seasons/weather with 5 seats. Attached water misters for hot day. A hammock to also to relax on! 2 plastic patio loungers and 2 metal chairs as well. So plenty of comfy seating of all sorts and weather conditions. There are also yard games to play like ladder golf, bocce, lawn jarts and ring toss. A basketball hoop on the road and another in the pool. At night there are 4 solar lights on the sides/backyard of the house for safety. Stocked fire pit area. The rental also controls 2 pool side patio lights, one on each side of the keypad door. So if it is dark out the back yard is always lit up. Ease, comfort and safety all night long. The back yard is also fenced in for dogs/children and is grassy. Pool/beach towels and koozies are always under the pavilion. The keypad door lock also lights up when pressed, no key needed. Got kids? While on the bed you can see the pool slide, front yard and a Netflix movie all at once. Kids: playing you: relaxing, worry free! So simply a beautiful, safe and relaxed feeling with thoughtful touches around. We are so proud of it and we think it would make your trip to Jax Beach even more memorable!

We live on the property as well, but between being busy with a lawn business and my girls being in school/at their moms part time, you will seldom see us. If so, you will notice us giving you your complete privacy at all times tho. The back yard pool area is privately yours the whole stay. While you are back there you will have it all to yourselves. When you are away from the rental/not using it my girls may, but I tend to hide from the sun in the hot months due to my job in at all day. We also share a 20’ wall(kinda like a condo), none of which is the bedroom and has been fully soundproofed with 3” foam. Zero noise.

*4pm check-in helps me with school pick up/cleaning the rental, but can usually be moved up. Same with 11am checkout, is usually lenient if we can! Just inquire. We would rather you sleep in or enjoy the pool before departing…

GOLF CART rental!! Take it to the beach, dinner or to see the area in such a fun way. 2 front and 2 back seats. Covered in festive stickers from all our travels. Rent the VRBO for 3+ days and you can use the cart for free for a few hours one day. Monthly renters can use it once weekly for free for a few hours. $100/day or $50 for 3 hours to rent it after that.

!!!LOCALS!!! rent if for company coming in town and use the pool. Get the in-laws out of your hair every night, into a clean, chill and safe place that has a pool you can use with them!!

-or- Rent this property along with a larger one(a few are in walking distance). Nobody needs to sleep on the old couch everyone just sat on all night. Cheap nightly rental to split and pool to use for all.

TV- Netflix, Disney, Hulu, local channels(ABC Fox CBS…) Pandora is add free, any song you can think of. As of 1/1/25 a repeat renter keeps his YouTube TV account on the tv as well. So you should have full tv, but that’s just a possible, but probable free bonus. So much for such a low rental rate!!
Safe Neighborhood - Jax Police Sheriff lives directly across the street in case of emergency, but no jurisdiction to impede your fun. There is an outside outlet by your door for chargers and cooking outside. Very comfy outside furniture that is lightweight(5lbs) to easily move around for your sun/shade/yard preference.

Our interaction is solely based on your preference. You won’t see or hear much of me while you are here. Either way, much less than a hotel of constant foot traffic and noise. I feel you deserve the P&Q you paid for and deserve. But, if you feel more comfortable meeting me, please let me know. Check in-out could not be quicker or easier also, any time of day, no interaction needed. All you will need is the personalized 4 digit door keypad code that you receive on the day of check in.
