  • This is a perfect Amelia Island vacation spot! Located directly across the street from the ocean access, so you get wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private deck. Beach Access 29 is just across the street so you will have toes in the sand within a few minutes. There is even an outdoor enclosed shower for you to rinse off after the beach.

    The open living room is perfect for gathering the family and friends. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for meal prepping and large dinners. Living room has large smart TV and is perfect for movie nights or game nights.

    The ground floor has the 2 secondary bedrooms. They each have TV's and share access to a full bath. Upstairs is where you find the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The master suite has its own in-suite bathroom.

    The front driveway is monitored by video for the guest's safety.

Wonderful trip

Great Location

This property is across the street from the beach access path. You can see the ocean from the 2nd floor family room and front deck. Check in was easy and the pictures on VRBO match the property. Great place. I would stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and comfortable and perfectly located close to the ocean. It worked well for the entire family with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. I also appreicated that they accepted dogs. I would defininately stay here again.

Excellent Location for Beach Access

It's a great place to stay with two exceptions; place should have been cleaner and sliding door threshold is a tripping hazard.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location is perfect—just 75 yards from a beautiful beach that wasn't crowded at all, even during the July 4th week. The home is very spacious with comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and a convenient full-size laundry room. We loved relaxing on the deck to watch the ocean waves. The garage was stocked with chairs and toys, and the beach wagon was an absolute lifesaver! Plus, grocery stores like Publix and Harris Teeter are only 5 to 10 minutes away. Marci was a fantastic, responsive host who gave great advice. We will definitely come back to Amelia Island!Minor suggestions for improvement: The sliding glass door to the deck is a bit difficult to open because of the missing handle and could use a repair. It would also be helpful to add measuring spoons, plastic leftover containers, and large cooking spoons to the kitchen. We would love to rent this home again. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a family vacation and enjoyed every minute! We felt right at home and so did our dogs. Plenty of room and great location. We loved we could just walk across the street to the beach.
