B&B i Jacksonville Coast

«Perfect location and the house is extremely well decorated. I was only there for Halloween event in Fernandina Beach so I did not spend much time at the B&B just to sleep. Even with the AC off, I could’ve used an extra blanket though it was a bit chilly.»

«ONE negative comment is the BED situation in our room. The springs are completely worn out. Recommend making sure all the beds and mattresses are updated for the most comfortable sleeping accommodations! Everything else was awesome! Thank you»

«Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again.»

«Great location, great helpful staff.»

«We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!»

«I highly recommend this staycation. I was greeted by the owner and given a historic tour of the property . The facility was very clean and cozy, no orders or smells. I especially love the porch with the rocking chairs. It close at the historic district with restaurants for breakfast within walking distance. Be advised it’s located on a very busy street so you will have traffic noise and the air conditioning unit is a bit loud. I’m planning another visit but this time with a good set of ...

«Fantastisk sted midt i byen. Hyggelige eiere som tok seg godt av oss. To retters frokost laget etterhvert som vi kom til frokost. Deilig. Hadde rom med egen balkong med utsikt mot gaten. Stedet annefales!»

«Veldig trivelig og intimt bed and breakfast. Kjempetrivelige eiere. Luktet litt rått på rommet, men hva kan man vente i et flere hundre år gammelt trebygg.»

«Great location! Very nice common rooms in this large historic house. Fantastic common kitchen area and decks to sit outside. The room was a bit smaller than expected. The single bed was squeaky and the double bed was mostly comfortable. The host was great and check in was easy - we had just hoped for a bigger room and it looked like that in the pictures.»

«Great location. Didn't need to use car during stay. Bed not that great and squeaks every time you enter and leave. Breakfast was a disappointment and used only once during 3-night stay. If you need a little entertainment while in room don't count on TV to help you out. TV buffers continually and most likely due to a low-end Wi-Fi package. Based on prior reviews they're overrated. Security a joke. Door supposed to require code to enter after 4/5 PM but at 9PM door open and you can just walk in. ...

«Fantastic, authentic property. Pat made us feel welcome from the first minute. Cookies and wine, fantastic gourmet breakfast and lovely pool. Spacious room in a gorgeous period property. Comfortable walking distance to local sites. Really couldn’t ask for more. We’ll certainly remember this stay for a long time!»
