Joel answered my questions promptly before hand of our trip. We asked about our 81 year old mother and was under the impression there was a main level for her with no steps it was 8 up and 4 down plus very difficult steps going in and out of house outside. The lock pad key entry never worked on first try took several tries before it finally opened. We arrived in the dark and no light outside to see and door would not unlock on first try it took several attempts before it finally opened. Texted that night at 8:45 pm to let them know difficulty with lock pad and got a response next day at 12:03 pm . The lock pad gave us problems the entire stay. The bear lock trash can would not open even googled instructions to make sure we were doing correctly and still couldn’t open. Great location to Jackson NH beautiful view of mountain from house and patio. Furniture and decor were very cool.
