«Very kid friendly and dog friendly rental! I thought the property was closer to Diana‘s bath, where I could walk there with my two small children, but that wasn’t the case. It was safer to drive. But still, it was a very short drive and allowed us to get there before the crowds got really crazy! Couldn’t figure out the path out back for our Humphreys Ledge, but the rock face in the back was pretty incredible to explore! «There’s a funky smell, it’s very dated, the AC keeps running even though it’s turned off, it also keeps making loud noises throughout the night, I can barely sleep. Otherwise it was a pretty good stay. I like the location and that it has two bathrooms.»

«We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described/pictured and the hosts have thought of everything! Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook multiple meals, living room and dining area had plenty of comfy seating, and it was a nice central location for access to Attitash and North Conway. «Great location. As others have said, there are no window coverings, however the property is quite secluded. The house only has a dresser/drawers in one bedroom and there are no hanging closets, plan to live out of your suitcases.
