«It was very clean and had a good feel. It was well stocked. I appreciated the cute little ice tray in the freezer that was full. I also appreciated 4 waters in the fridge. The bed on the loft upstairs was atrocious. You can feel the springs through the mattress. The downstairs bed was good. The pillows were fantastic! I’m a pillow snob. We needed a quick place to land for a church function so I can’t say much about the outside amenities as we weren’t there much. But it was a beautifully tucked ...

7. 3+ acre Home: Pool Table, Putt-Putt, 4 miles to Downtown and SEMO, Summer Pool

Cape Girardeau

«Check in was easy. The place was clean. We loved the pool! FYI, it is next to some trees so you'll have to clean it at least a little while you're there. The owner did purchase another pool cleaner item while we stayed there but it was on the last day so I'm not sure if that will solve the issue. My biggest complaint was the home had some wear and tear. But the location was convenient. The pool was our favorite. The kitchen was nice. There was even some seasoning! Oh and I highly recommend ...

«Such a great space!! We had our family vacation (two families, 9 people total) and adored all the extras like the pool table, hot tub and grill / patio. The board games were a big hit. The kids loved the complimentary snacks ;) and I loved the fully stocked kitchen and spice cabinet! Comfy beds and fluffy pillows with plenty of blankets and towels. The host was gracious and accommodating, there was a small mix up and she couldn’t have been nicer. We hope to stay again! »

10. Cozy and Updated Farmhouse with King Suite

Anna

«The good: Communication with the host was excellent throughout the whole process! The beds and couches were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The inside of the house was very clean. The value we got for the money was incredible! The bad: Upon arrival, there was a lot of trash in the yard which wasn't super welcoming. I ended up picking up what I could see. The garbage appeared to have not been taken out in weeks and smelled terrible. There was also a strange ...

15. Beautiful location in the secluded woods

Pomona

«The lodge was just as described, and more. It was clean and attention was paid to details. Before we arrived, our host recommended places to see and a restaurant called Mase's Place, that didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, it rained the day we arrived and all the next day so we didn't explore the property like we had hoped to, but we, along with our 2 furbabies, very much enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the rain hit the leaves. We are very much looking forward to staying there ...
