«Great staff and clean room»

«This was a great place to stay while our son completed his orientation at OSU. The college was just a few minutes away by car. Way better than a hotel! This would be a great property for a few families visiting their kids at college for a football game or family weekend. Only one full bath so you'd have to schedule showers, but that doesn't bother us. We hope it's available to us in the future. I appreciated the decor and the PLANTS!!!! «Place was fine! We were a bit nervous about touching anything because of the renters agreement, so we didn't likely use to full potential. It was hot and used fans, was concerned about adjusting AC because of the plants. Main thing really problematic was the parking. It came with it but the parking wasnt a great and clear-cut situation»

«2nd time staying here. Close to Ohio State campus. Room was clean and price was good. It is a motor inn so outside doors & some of our neighbors were noisy but not the motel’s fault. We had an issue with our key card not working and the overnight manager handled it quickly with a friendly demeanor. «Pool/ Hot tub area was dirty, no jets in hot tub. No pool towels, no designer toiletries in guest rooms which is stated in the hotel description on webpage. «I have stayed here in the past and it was never this bad. I booked 2 rooms, one for my mom and another myself and my partner. Both rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke.
