«Our room was clean and comfortable. Walls are thin. Person next to us the first night had 1 or 2 dogs and when they left the dogs barked off and on. Around 11:30pm, front desk staff, I’m assuming trying to find out where the dogs were, tried to enter our room. When the women came back around 3:30am, they were up talking and you could hear everything. They were gone by our second night, so that was better. «The staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Our stay was nice and relaxing even though there was a softball tournament going just like last year at the same time but everything worked out. We will be staying there again in the future unless something changes.»

«Pool was absolutely and disgustingly filthy!! Toilet seat was loose. Both bedside electric lamps had exposed wires - dangerous. HVAC rattled badly. Staff was find to switch us to another room where all was OK except one bedside lamp had the same problem -- exposed wires!!»

«Great location, walkable to convention center and many restaurants. Most importantly, it was clean. Just a bummer some gym equipment was out of order and room service came in the room despite us declining it.»

«Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the sheets and comforters that had obviously been cut out to hide cigarette burns, and multiple stains throughout the bedding as well. The door lock shook with a tiny bit of movement and the deadlock didn't lock. The AC unit emitted ...

«The elevator did not work. I had a lot of things so needed two trips caring my belongings. Another person told me that elevator is often out of service. When I left after one night,I wanted to ask for a partial refund, but I was about as far as I could be from the front desk and had already made two trips to my car on the stairs. I was already running late so did not have time. No excuse if they often have trouble. It should be working.»

«Loved the location. Being downtown in the conference center was super convenient with the coffee shops and little store downstairs open late. Pizza place down the street was amazing, nice quiet area. Super clean.»
