«Thank You！»

«We had read about how a Ryokan is like; and we wanted to try. Sitting and sleeping on the floor made by tatami mats, dressed in Yukata all the time. Very nice hotspring nearby. The owner was very helpfull with our basic of japanease lanuage skill and learned us much about etikette. This is worth a night when tavelling though Izu.»

«Great service by staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast area was limited in rush hours in the weekend, had to wait some few minutes before getting to the buffet. Two chefs prepared omelettes and french toast and other hot dishes. As always in Japan, it’s impeccable!»

But when I checked the property details on this website, it said I booked a smoking room. The staff assured me they would change it when I called them. But ...
