Situated on the ground floor of a restored cottage the property features an open-plan living room, furnished with two single sofa beds, a flat-screen HDTV, a kitchenette and a sauna for two. The kitchenette provides everything needed to prepare simple meals including; an induction hob, a large fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

Outside, there is a private garden area where guests can soak up the sunshine, dine al fresco on the covered terrace, cook meals on the BBQ or relax in the
jacuzzi.

The property is situated in Gabrje pri Stični a small village located in central Slovenia a 5-minute walk from the Stična Monastery. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, visitors can take scenic hikes or bike rides through the hills and explore nearby nature reserves such as the Stična Marshes (Stiška močvirja).

Another popular excursion is a day trip to Slovenia’s capital city Ljubljana (a 30-minute drive) where visitors can explore the historic Old Town and visit cultural attractions such as Ljubljana Castle and the Triple Bridge. Alternatively, guests can embark on a wine-tasting tour along the Dolenjska Wine Road, (a 45-minute drive) which winds through the rolling hills and vineyards of the region.
