«The location of this property is beautiful. Nestled on a wooded lot. Very private and beautiful. There is so much potential in this property. The only downsides were certain areas could have used a little TLC. The upstairs deck was not to code and it was missing a picket in the rail system that someone could have easily fallen through. I am almost certain bees are building their nest inside the soffit on the back upstairs deck area. The coffee pot did not work. All this and I am almost certain ...

«We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend We rented the house so we could attend my daughter’s graduation from Anderson. House was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was we thought the house was on the lake and had a dock. However the lake access is from a public landing rather than an individual dock.»

«We stayed to fish Clarks Hill and Russell Lakes. This is a small rustic cabin in a good location. Not very pretty, but perfect for 2guys fishing. Probably won’t bring my wife😜. Brandon was a super host and very helpful in giving us direction for our first time in this area.»

«Very nice place to stay. The house was clean, had nice amenities (good Wi-Fi, AC, full kitchen), and was in a great location. I do have to agree with another review that the downstairs futon was unusable as a bed. As far as comfort, we had four adults and that seemed the right size for the house. In my opinion, any more people would have made the house feel too crowded.»

«Stayed with my 2 dogs and had a great time.The property was beautiful,little wildflowers were starting to bloom everywhere.There was a great pizza place down the road and a really good bakery in Fair Play, apple fritter was best ever and huge!»

«We had a wonderful visit over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable, especially the bedding which is not always the case when renting. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The only negative was that the hill leading to the dock was very steep. Because I have knee issues I was not able to go down there but all the others in our group were able to.»

«An amazing stay was had by all at this beautiful Lakeside cabin. Private yet accessible only minutes to the lake by foot. Enough room for everybody and a great deck overlooking the water. Highly recommended for family, friends and loved ones. Can’t say enough about the house Brenda, she answered all our questions in a timely fashion.»

«Very private location at the end of a dead end. I wiped out the fridge and sink because it was alittle dirty. There was dirt on the bottom bunk from whoever made the bed stepped there so we just dusted it off. We just needed a place to sleep before riding the ohv trails the next morning, so it was perfect for that. We couldnt figure out how to keep both ACs on but that was fine as well. Upon our arrival the master bathroom had not been cleaned and there was left over trash in several areas from previous guest. We were creditied 50 dollars for this. If you are cooking be advised to bring items to cook with. The property is not on the lake and the owner's ATV must be rented to drive through the hilly, muddy, narrow wooded path to get to the dock. «Steve’s/Pap’s property was phenomenal! We would even consider visiting again. The water was clear, the home was clean, and the set up was perfect. We worked out every morning, hiked to Riley Creek Falls, and enjoyed our patio eats and hang outs. We even had the opportunity to meet Pap while hanging at the dock while he cleared out some weeds and dried out kayaks. He takes great pride in his property and it shows. 10 out 10!!»
