«This spacious villa was perfect for our extended family group of 8. The antique furnishings were as pictured, and comfortable. Our liaison, Jeanne, was a sweetheart and so helpful during our stay. The villa is on the main road and within walking distance to the town and lake. The pizzeria two doors down was very convenient! The road noise could be loud at times in the main bedrooms, but that’s because we had our balcony doors and windows open at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we miss the ...

«Das Ferienhaus liegt eigentlich fast direkt am Strand (50m). Vom Haus erreicht man fußläufig das Centro von Sirmione, Restaurants, Bars usw.. Wenn man in die historische Altstadt will, kann man die Fahrräder nehmen, die auch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Insgesamt eine tolle ruhige Lage, ein nettes Haus mit super Ausstattung und Sirmione biete dazu noch italienischen Flair. Wir kommen wieder.»

«Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite.»

«Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Overall we had a delightful stay, a great time was had by all and George was really helpful !»

«House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. «War sehr schön…ziemlich neu und sehr sauber. Check in lief reibungslos da wir erst nachts ankamen. Mega Pluspunkt die Tiefgarage mit so gut wie direkten Zugang (ca 20-30 m) ins Apartment. Das Restaurant auch sehr gut mit netten Kellnern. Preis Leistung TOP!»

«I have to say that the pictures form the hotel was better then "real life". The apartment was clean and big for the four of us. But we got a apartment without a view and wtihout a terasse. The pool was cold and not cleaned, so we couldn´t use that one. The price was good, you get what you pay for, nothing more.»
