«Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery. »

«The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! It is quiet, pleasant, clean, and offers a wonderful and relaxing view of Lago di Como from the house or from the perfectly placed patio. «Love the apartment, but we struggled with some of the amenities and communication. The furniture was soiled and the apartment felt a bit run down. We also struggled with communication and we were constantly told contact another person on staff and could not get clear answers to questions and issues. The owner seems to depend on the location to rent the apartment but the details also matter.»

«I have to say that the pictures form the hotel was better then "real life". The apartment was clean and big for the four of us. But we got a apartment without a view and wtihout a terasse. The pool was cold and not cleaned, so we couldn´t use that one. The price was good, you get what you pay for, nothing more.»
