«Overall Rating: 4.5/5 – Excellent Stay! Our overall stay was absolutely excellent! I booked several rooms for a week, and while there were a few minor issues on the first night, the team corrected them quickly and professionally. Most of the staff are young, professional, and incredibly helpful. The only thing missing is nametags—I really wish they wore badges so I could give a proper shout-out to a couple of them by name! I do want to specifically mention the chef in the restaurant, who is ...

«My number one choice whenever I am in Yaounde. Such a beautiful place!!»

«Pour mon premier séjour professionnel à Yaoundé, j'ai vraiment apprécié le Medom Palace ! Une équipe souriante et à l'écoute, et la suite est très agréable et bien équipée pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Je recommande à 300%, et je sais déjà où je vais réserver pour mon prochain déplacement sur Yaoundé => au Medom Palace !»

«While the apartment was modern and clean, the standout aspect of this accommodation is the personnel and their genuine willingness to meet guests’ needs. The host and staff ensured that we had constant electricity and running water - amenities that unfortunately cannot always be taken for granted in this part of the country. «Vi tilbrakte et døgn på Hilton Yaounde. Vennlig betjening. God, men dyr mat. Fine rom, men noen "issues" med vask og klosett. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse, med svømming i basseng, massasje og fin temperatur på takterrassen. Sen check out var også svært kjærkomment.»

«Le restaurant était fermé »

«The hotel is currently a construction site, under renovations. The advertised gym does not exist.»

«Clean room, excellent location closed to everything. Hotel has security 24h/24 and easy to move around due to location on major road. I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the local seasonal fruits in my bedroom as welcome gift The beignets in the restaurant were delicious. Great hotel will definitely go there again, The room was clean with Ac working well. Very quiet and was perfect for my short stay.»

«Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.»

«Pleasant stay, wonderful reception staff.»
