İstanbulun merkezinde bu kadar vasat ve gereksiz pahalı başka otel varmı bilmiyorum ama yüksek kat olmasa ve merkezi konumda olmasa 3 yıldızı bile haketmeyecek kadar kötü bir otel.

However, we see that we could not meet your expectations based on the score you gave. We believe that the reason is the deposit procedure you experienced when checking in to our hotel. Please allow us to explain this situation. As a hotel procedure, a certain amount of deposit is collected from all our guests at the entrance and the balance is kept for the guest inside. It should not be thought that the deposit received is only for the minibar or possible damages. You, our valued guests, can benefit from all areas of the hotel, place your orders from room service, get dry cleaning service, choose valet service and make your payment only by having these services transferred to your room. This process actually ensures that you receive much more comfortable service during your stay. If you do not leave a deposit, you will be asked to pay for the service you receive at that time, and unfortunately, your request to pay at check-out cannot be accepted since you did not leave a deposit as per the procedure. If you left a deposit in cash, you can immediately get it back in cash when you leave. We would like to remind you that assistance is provided during check-in. Rest assured that the necessary notes have been taken for your next stay. Amazing experience
It was an amazing experience,, my family and I are always staying in wyndham levent when we come to istanbul and every time is greater that the previous. The service is great , and because I am a gold member in hotels.com they upgrade my room to bigger and corner view room it was so pleasant,, Danis the girl in the reception she is so helpful and friendly. The hotel is in perfect place that you can enter the mall in same elevator ,, also canyon is near 5 minutes walk

It is a nice hotel. Definitely a convenient location. Staff are nice. Carême restaurant inside the hotel needs a much better menu. This was my second stay there but both times they never offered or suggested any upgrades.

Great hotel, very clean with a fabulous breakfast!
Great hotel, much nicer than other similar class hotels I’ve stayed in in the area. Clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. I was a little annoyed by the group in a neighboring room who were laughing and making noise until 6am and woke me up, but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Also, I wish the hotel had a “do not disturb” sign for the room, as the maid service was daily and I didn’t need it so often. Finally, check out was very slow and could be improved. But these are small gripes. A very nice experience and I’ll be back on my next business trip.

a first rate establishment. The breakfast selections were great, but the restaurant staff were not very attentive to customers needs. The room was large and very modern, and the amenities were excellent. We will definitely come back.
