Cleanliness was excellent, staff helpful and services great, spa exceptional, communal areas very clean, bed and bedding wonderfully clean and pillows comfy, slept very well, I would say rooms need updating that is why they didn’t get 5 starts for this, there was lots of damage, plugs hanging off wall and with a child it was worrying, it could be exceptional with a little bit of care and attention as the spa is beautifully decorated, breakfast was great, dining area lovely and clean and shops across road very accessible for anything additional that was needed, I would suggest a few coat hooks by the front door of room as there is no where to hang coats/handbags etc

Parfait pour transiter vers l'aéroport
Hotel propre et agréable avec Hammam, piscine, salle de sport.. La chambre correspondait à nos attentes. Les petits défaut : les toilettes suspendus bougent et semblent ne pas bien tenir et l'eau de la douche n'était pas très chaude. Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits de transition car proche de l'aéroport mais très éloigné des sites touristiques d'Istanbul (à plus d'1h30 du quartier Sultanhammet).

Was terrible, no hot water, hygiene was bad and so many empty promises about getting hot water, waited a whole day and still no hot water, then left for another hotel Waste of money, I want a full refund please!

We had a family room in the 6th floor of the hotel. During our stay a band or something similar was in the room right next to us. The walls are so thin, you can hear and understand absolutely everthing. They sang songs the whole night and were in general very loud, so it was nearly impossible to sleep for us. Also a complain at 2 o'clock in the morning at the hotel lobby was not helpful. Beside the not acceptable thin walls, our fridge was dirty and smelled terribly. And at last the toilet was not mounted proberly. When you sit on it, the toilet lowered several cm, so you were afraid that it would just fall off.

Aufenthalt mit 5 Personen im Hotel tryp by Wyndham Wir waren Gäste dieses schrecklich ungünstigen Hotels ins Istanbul. Aufenthalt war eine Nacht, da wir am nächsten Morgen abgereist sind. Ich möchte nicht zusehr ins Detail eingehen, möchte aber die Nachteile dieses Hotels nennen, damit ihr Aufenthalt nicht zum Alptraum wird. 1. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, arrogant und total fehl am Platz. 2.Wir sind nicht pingelig, jedoch beim genaueren hinsehen ist die Hygiene wirklich auf pensions Niveau. 3.Die Lage ist sehr ungünstig, da es weit und breit nichts vernünftiges gibt. Eher ein Hotel für einheimische mit Orts- und sprach Kenntnisse. 4. die Lage ist sehr unpraktisch,laut und erinnert an ein Hostel und gestaltet sich eher nachteilig. 5. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr schlecht, mit sehr langer Wartezeit. Das Hotel wird für Familien mit Kindern empfohlen. Für eine Nacht als Notlösung ok, aber für längere Zeit: Finger weg. Ca. 30-45 Minuten Entfernung vom Flughafen, je nach Verkehr. Unterm Strich: ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und auch nicht mehr buchen. Meine Beschreibung ist die abgespeckte Version von meinem Erlebnis.

Odalar çok iyidi ve konforluydu. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir sıkıntısı yoktu. Otelin ide güzeldi. Kalırken pişman olmayacağınız bir otel. Park sorunuda yok. Sadecee restorantı akşam yemeği için açık değildi. Açık olmasını beklerdim. Fiyatını kaeşılıyacak bir temizlik ve hizmet vardı.

It was the awful experience we ever had , we booked a hotel thinking American hotels are all good it was saying 5 star hotel but we were wrong. From the first day my brother and his family went there they didn’t allow them eat the breakfast because according to them we didn’t have breakfast included, bummer I made the reservation myself and I had a proof it’s free breakfast. Even I went there the breakfast manager was so rude and still I had proof and front desk said my brother and his family can eat still the guy was so rude and said I’m going to charge you. So the manager had to call and talk to that crazy man. AC WAS ON and of and in middle of the night we had to call the front desk to ask them to turn on the AC what the heck. Than they charge us 20TL for freaking cup of ice every time. What is going on 20TL FOR ice seriously 😒? Than the internet connection was 0 in the room only at the lobby was perfect. Than the breakfast was awful they had a very bad watermelons cut everyday. This was a bad experience. I was really shocked for a 5 star hotel this ? Never again I’m going to book from Expedia or book in that hotel. It’s a shame.

We have been talking to the system administrator about the issue for 1 week, so we apologize for making mistakes in the details of your reservation. Any rude behavior you have experienced in the breakfast room will be dealt with immediately. The food and beverage we use is always of high quality. but our head chef has been informed about the problem in the presentation. There is a charge for ice, as in many hotels. Due to the power outage in the area, the air conditioning system in your room may be directed to the reception. We apologize for any negative experiences you have had. The action required for your complaints will be taken in all our units.
