Hotel is actually excellent hotel to stay. Personal was excellent. Water quality at the bathroom or at the pool was excellent. Location of the hotel is excellent. Near to Taksim squar and Taksim metro station. Just 2 things I didn't like. 1. You can not take meal yourself at restaurant where you make your lunch. COVID-19 is already over but they still serve guests at lunch. We were a bit shy if we want to eat a bit more cause you have to ask someone to give you meal. 2. When you enter to hotel they ask you to pay 100$ as depositum. If you will not break something at the hotel room they return your money back. Never seen or heart something like that before.

Bra beliggenhet men kjedelig frokost
Perfekt beliggenhet for å utforske Taksim. Frokosten var skikkelig kip. Spiste kun frokost den ene morgenen. Spis heller ute i byen.

Komfortabelt businesshotell i hjertet av Istanbul
Store gode rom, med egen entre, stort flott bad med delikat badekar og velfungerende dusj. Inkludert i prisen er vannkoker samt tilgang til te og kaffe på rommet. Fruktfat med bestikk og tallerken tilhørende. Meget komfortable senger og gode puter. Rent og pent hotell med god service. Jeg ble møtt av en pikkolo før jeg rakk å komme ut av drosjen. Fikk dessverre ikke anledning til å benytte spa i kjelleren, men både badekåpe og slippers er tilgjengelig på rommet. Velfungerende internett aksess, fikk utlevert kodelapp for 14 dager ved ankomst inkludert i prisen. Ingen tillegg ved utsjekking. Bestilte røykerom, men røyking er tydeligvis ikke tillatt innendørs. Det finnes et bord og to stoler ved hotellinngangen som kan benyttes. Ligger sentralt plassert i Taksim. Mye rekonstruering på gang i området som hadde en artig blanding av nytt og gammelt side om side. Vil absolutt anbefale også som utgangspunkt for sightseeing, grunnet den sentrale beliggenheten. 10 minutters gange til Bospuoros stredet og trikken til basarene og Den Blå moske tar ca 15 minutter.

Hôtel rénové avec raffinement.Immense chambre décorée avec sobriété.Personnel agréable à l’écoute des clients.Excellent déjeuner copieux avec produits du terroir variés.J’y retournerais sans hésiter en raison de la situation de l’hôtel près de la navette de bus qui conduit à l’aéroport.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Very good location. Room was very clean. Its in the heart of Taksim but, it is good distance away from the noise so you would get a good sleep in a quite room. Would definitely stay there again.

Management could be more friendly and helpful. Every time we went out or came back they was no hello or hi. If we needed map to know what was around they gave us a map and that was it. They wont let us know what was around. The street people were more helpful than the hotel staff.

The WiFi network is awful, they hit you with when you check in for 1,500 TL for a deposit against damage to your room etc, the room telephone wasn’t working properly either. Not a four star hotel, three maybe.

The staff were really helpful. We arrived around 6am and our check in was for the following day. We were allowed to check in early for a fee of 20 euros. We needed an extra bed and they hlgave that to us the next day. Cleaners came everyday to refresh towels and were so nice.

Bu ışığı açık bıraktığınızda hiçbir şekilde odanıza girilemez ve temizlik, oda servisi gibi hizmetlerden faydalanamazsınız.
