Hotellet hadde en utmerket beliggenhet. Rett ved en hovedgate med full shoppingmuligheter. Mange kjekke utesteder og gode restaurant i nærheten. Kort avstand til Metro. Personalet var gjennomsnittlig imøtekomme. Frokosten var god med tyrkisk vri. Litt mye støy og uro ved frokosten. Liten plass mellom bordene. Rommet hadde nydelig utsikt (9 etasje). Sengen var veldig god, men badet var svært og bar preg av noe slitasje. Treningsrommet lå i kjelleren og var veldig lite og hadde alt for høy temperatur. Dette var skuffende dårlig! Det beste med hotellet var terrassen og restauranten på taket. Der fikk vi en utrolig flott utsikt over det sentrale Istanbul!

Veldig bra oppholdt
Fantatastisk beligenhet. Glimrende renhold. Utmerket utsikt mot byen eller mot Golden Horn. Hyggelig, hjelpfull personell. God frokost men savner mer continental. Frokost salongen kan være overfylt noen ganger, så vær tidlig eller litt seint ute, det er bedre. Hotellet kan rangeres som tre stjerner ikke fire, det trenges litt renovering. Denne anmeldelsen er gitt utfra reiseperiode i mai-måned og etter hotell rommet i den 14 etasje.

Flott hotell, sentral beliggenhet på den europeiske siden av Istanbul. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, nydelig frokost. Vi hadde bestilt rom med havutsikt, fikk rom i 17. etasje med panoramautsikt over gamlebyen og Bosporos. Totalt sett veldig fornøyd, Valuta for pengene, anbefales !!

Ferietur for to
Vi overnatter 3 netter og fikk et rom i 12 etasje med en helt utrolig utsikt over byen. Veldig fornøyd totalt sett. Bra lokasjon med gangavstand til det meste. Rommene var helt greie litt slitt og skitne tepper men renholdet ellers var bra. Flott frokost buffet med alt du måtte ønske. Flott restaurant i 17 etasje og basseng på taket med panoramautsikt over byen, Bosporostredet og Gyldne Horn. Skal jeg til Istanbul igjen velger jeg nok samme hotell.

Good hotel in a great location.
We have stayed several times at this hotel. The location is great just a short walk from the famous Istiklal street in Istanbul. Normally there is a great restaurant Mikla at the top floor but this was closed due to the Covid restrictions this time. The food from the restaurant at the ground could and should be better. One expect a burger to be homemade in a 4 star hotel. Great location, good service, nice atmosphere and great view are the reasons we keep coming back.

Fint hotell med god standard og sentral plassering. Man bør ha i bakholdet at sentral plassering også kan bety støy fra utelivet i nærheten om natten, spesielt hvis man har rom i de lavere etasjene.

It was a very nice place to stay and very safe and secured place to stay. The city view was very nice and the stay was very comfortable. The şişhane metro was very close by which made it easy to get to places via the metro. A good experience and would happily come here again.

This is the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. I usually never rate properties, but this is an exception. The staff is super unfriendly. They misbehaved with me and my family and threw us out of the room with our bags in the room during checkout. They don’t care if you’re a guest or tourist. The food was also terrible. Book any other hotel other than this.

The propery was ok. I was set on the 14th floor 2 spearate room. The rooms were the same but did not get the same service. I called for the wifi information 5 times and never received it had to use roaming. Called again the second day nothing they kept saying "IT" would fix it. They say coffee and water is free... not sure what they charded off mini bar. The taxis are outside but if you try to use uber you have to be very pateint because they want you to pay 3x the fare. The hotel taxi to airport was about $50-60. Uber was only $28. I asked the front desk for information they kept leading me to the business they had connection and bashing other places. I asked to go check out the restorant upstairs before making a reservation the front desk told me ok, when i went upstairs I was not allowed to enter and check the place out not even look at the setup. We went to Eleos The main street is near. The food and the shoping center are very near.

All notes regarding the issue have been taken and forwarded to the relevant departments. 2 plastic bottles of water, coffee and tea in our rooms are free of charge. When we check your expenses, your minibar usage appears and minibar products are charged extra. The restaurants directed by the reception are not contracted, they are tried and quality controlled places. These places are recommended first because you can be sure of the service offered. L’hôtel est très bien situé à 6/7mn à pied de la station de métro Sishane qui est sur la ligne de Taksim, osmanbey (pour du shopping) ou encore Galata Tower est accessible en une vingtaine de minutes à pied depuis l’hôtel un peu plus loin vous aurez Karakoy (plein de restaurants). Sécurité à l’entrée de l’hôtel, petit déjeuner bon, personnel de ménage très sympathique . Très gros bémol pour l’accueil que ce soit à la réception ou au petit déjeuner on ne nous dis pas bonjour voir on ne répond pas quand vous dites bonjour . Mais l’hôtel en lui même est très bien.

This was my second time staying here and, as per usual, it was a great experience. My only caveat, as last time, is with the incredibly loud music emanating from the nearby rooftop bars and restaurants. You can't get any sleep until 1am-ish, when they stop the music. Other than that, it's all great and incredibly well located.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of everything. The staff is really nice and very friendly. My only concern is the bathroom, which is outdated. They have a huge, slippery bathtub that is not easy to get in and out of, especially with my hip problem. The breakfast is ordinary, with nothing special about it. There are no significant changes in the items served, and sometimes it is cold. Additionally, the bakery goods are not fresh.

I have stayed in Istanbul many times over my years for pleasure and work but I have never experienced finding cockroaches, especially in what is suppose to be a 4 star hotel. I finally chose Mamara Pera due to its convenient location and the price was fair which included breakfast. The staff are luke warm but everything did go smoothly at check in. We checked into the 10th floor. The rooms are looking tired and decor needs attention. My biggest complaint is coming back to our room to find a half dead coachroach on its back on the floor. I called management and they offered to change our room. In the frantic move and packing, another large, very lively cockroach jumped out and onto our bed. At this point I couldn’t contain my disgust. I spoke to management and they only apologised and left me feeling very disappointed. I would not recommend this place, FULLSTOP! There are many other options that would be a better choice. STAY CLEAR IF YOU DONT WANT TO COME FACE TO FACE WITH GIANT COCKROACHES!

Dear Anh,First of all, we would like to say that we are sorry for the situation you experienced. Our hotel takes precautions against such situations by periodically spraying pesticides. All points that you mentioned will be taken into consideration meticulousy by the hotel management. Kısa ve keyifli bir konaklama oldu otel çalışanlarının ilgisi ve nezaketi otelin kendinden daha öndeydi. Ayrıca otelim konumu özellikle turistlik amaçlı konaklıyorsanız harika. Otoparkın ücretli olması biraz garip bir durum.
