Dessverre så var hotellet ikke som forventet. Masse støv i rommet ved ankomst. Men det verste var at strømmen gikk av 40 ganger hverdag. Vi trudde at det var hele hotellet men oppdaget at det var kun rommet vårt i 2 dager. De tok ikke intiativ til å bytte rom før vi bestemte å sjekke ut en dag for tidelig. Korona situasjonen har påvirket drift av hotellet virker det som

Dirty room offered upon arrival everything so old dirty. Went down right away but they didn’t have any room available but promised next morning Room was better next day but overall hotel not even 3 star

- Good location - Disappointed by the condition of the room: dusty, old equipment, bad smell just outside our room and mold in the bathtub. - Breakfast wasn’t good. Bad individual experiences with hotel staff: - One guy (I think he was security) kept staring at us while we were waiting in the hotel lobby waiting for our taxi, he even followed us around when we changed our seat and moved to another location within the lobby. - We checked out of the hotel early because of just how uncomfortable we were over there.

We stayed there in October 2021 for 11 nights. We cannot complain. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with our transfer to the airport and booked the PCR test that was carried out at the hotel. We got the results within 24 hours.

This is my fifth time in central palace, one of my favorites hotels in Istanbul. You can find all what makes you confortable there. Nice stuff, amenities and location. Very clean especially these days with COVID 19. You will enjoy your stay for sure.
