Først ordnet de egen trasport til/fra flyplassen,som var både presis og god.Servicen på hotellet var helt fenomenal.Det er bare slik det er over hele Tyrkia.Uansett hva vi spurte etter ordnet de det.Må nevne matpakke pga tidlig avreise,veldig bra.Spiste også noen veldig gode middager på hotellet.Ellers er det stort sett full score.Bare blide ansatte.

Takrestauranten har en fantastisk utsikt mot havet og hele byen. Bazar, Topkapi palass og flere historiske severdigheter er i gangavstand. Personalet er høflige, snille og hjelpsomme.

Very good value for money!
Very nice hotel. Breakfast was superb. Best of all is the roof-top terrace with a restaurant that serves brilliant food! The room I got was small, so if you have big bags you should make sure you don't get the smallest rooms.

Super beliggenhet og med herlig takterasse
Rommet var fint og rent, men litt lite og med liten skap/ skuffeplass til klær og kofferter (vi var 2 damer på tur til Isatnbul i 1 uke). Foruten sentral beliggenhet med gåavstand til de viktigste historiske severdigheter, er det et stort fortrinn at hotellet har en takterasse med en utmerket restaurant, bar og med solsenger og en liten pool å kjøle seg av i. Vi begynte dagen med 1-2 timer på terrassen for soling og avslapping, så var vi klare for å "gjøre" byen! Frokost, service etc var helt OK, men ikke mer. Vi hadde bestilt transport via hotellet fra flyplassen til hotellet, dette var en skuffelse; vi måtte vente i en og en halv time før den kom! Tilbaketuren bestilte vi på samme måte og det gikk helt fint.

I went to the bar to have a drink. The bar man over charged me. I paid $350. And I mean $350 for five shots of remy Martin that the whole bottle cost $30 outside. That was ridiculous. Also I extended my stay for one more day and they moved from my room to another one.

Good location, in a quiet area but still a 15 minute walk from the main sights of Sultanahmet. Good quality, reasonably priced food at the both the restaurant and for room service. Cocktails at the English Pub actually were cheaper than every other restaurant we visited during our stay. Staff were really helpful, especially when my husband injured his arm. They let us call our travel insurance company from the reception phones for free, and found us cheap taxis which didn't over charge to get us to the hospital, and later the airport. We also had an issue with a bad smell in our room after checking in, and we were moved to a new room very quickly when this was unable to be resolved. There was a smart TV in the room which connected to streaming services like NetFlix and Disney . A staff member even came into our room immediately at 10pm to fix an issue with this TV. Great views from the breakfast room and restaurant. Only slight negatives were a leaky shower in the bathroom and inconsistent variety of hot breakfast items. Some days it was turkish breakfast pastries and potato rostis, other days it was bizarre items you wouldn't normally eat for breakfast like french fries and onion rings instead!
