Bestilte hotellet etter anbefaling av noen som hadde vært der. Har ingenting å klage på, hotellet gav utmerket service, var tilgjengelig til en hver tid, gav alltid det lille ekstra. Det var rent, ble ryddet og vasket til en hver tid.

Cons, Breakfast options were much less compared to other five star hotels. Check in process was too slow because the room was not ready. Location was the major issue hence the property was not close to any shopping centers or malls. Pros, the team was very helpful and friendly.

This staff is not accommodating and would not provide simple requests. Maid would walk in room and knock on do not disturb despite several complaints. Had to call service and make requests multiple times before being filled. I had a four day accommodation and needed to leave town for a day and a half. I requested they slide my reservation two days, not refund me, and I would return to finish my days. They had open rooms and would not slide the reservation. After being on status with both Hilton and Marriott I am used to a standard of accommodation but it doesn’t exist here. Will never stay here again.

Overall great
Overall great location and very nice hotel.. the restaurant menu and food nothing special. We ordered a veggie pizza they gave us something completely different. The front desk told us we had breakfast included in our reservation but we were charged for breakfast. The walls were thin and couple next door were having an intimidate noisy night which kept us up all night .. overall the hotel is beautiful and staff very polite.

I don’t rate it at all I got very sick in that hotel There was raw sewage coming into the hole of the first floor I had to get a doctor into me Not to mention the out lay of money to get myself well enough to travel home to Australia But it ruined my holiday

Inkompetent, Kein Europäischer Standard, Zimmer sind schrecklich, Personal nicht genügend geschult. Keine richtige Sicherheit Mitarbeiter gehen in die Zimmer wie sie Lust und Laune haben und vergreifen sich an den persönlichen Gegenständen. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Lieber in das nahe gelegene Hilton, da stimmt die Preis Leistung. Auch mit dem Leiter in Gespräch gewesen, konnte bei nichts weiter helfen.

The Hotel was fine, except for cleaning, unfortunately the room was not cleaned well, window frames and tracks were so dirty, under the bed, tables and mirrors :( The bathroom door was broken, it did not close, also, the door top track was dirty. I enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room. Hotel staff were super nice.
