I had a really bad experience with one of the front desk staff, called Gotehan he was very rude , even when i complained to the manager, i asked him if this is how you speak to customers, he said yes, poor customer service considering I stayed in this hotel for over 2 weeks, i will never stay in this hotel again

Girdiğimiz andan itibaren güler yüzle karşılandık, ücretsiz vale otopark vardı arabayla ilgili hiç sorun yaşamadık. Odamız gayet geniş ve rahattı. Havlu, terlik vb hiçbir eksiğimiz yoktu. Saç kurutma makinesi normal evlerde kullanılan tarzdaydı, çok rahat kullandık, hızlıca kuruttuk. Tvde çoğunlukla yabancı kanallar var, odanın ısıtıcısı çok iyi çalışıyor. Kapılar kartla açılıyor olmasına rağmen içeriden kitlenebilecek fiziksel bir kilidi var, bence bu güvenlik açısından büyük bir artı. Açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi, bir sürü çeşidi vardı, kahvaltı dışında başka bir öğünü denemedik. Havuz kullanmak için bone gerektiği bilgisini verdiler, bone 100tlye satılıyordu. Havuz boyu 1.40m, çok sığ fakat ortam olarak güzel. Spa alanında havlu, bornoz, peştamal, terlik, duş, dolap hepsi var. Saunada veya buhar odasında fenalaşılmaması için ücretsiz olarak su da veriliyor. Sayması küçük ama gayet yeterli. Hamamda bir musluk var kese için geniş bir mermer var. Bence alanı biraz fazla kısıtlı fakat yine de ortam olarak güzeldi.
