First I got a smoking room, when I tel them that I dont smoke, they change my room asap and give me an other room. The new room was even bigger and better. Everything was perfect.

Et praktisk hotell med god service
Hotellet er nytt og fungerer godt. God og vennlig service. Hotellrommet har god størrelse og fungerer som det skal. Et hotell som henvender seg til business-klienter som ikke er primært ute etter turistopplevelser. Hotellet ligger like ved broen over Bosporos, hvilket betyr at det er grei ankomst til hotellet med bil,- hvilket ikke er en selvfølge i Istanbul. Det ligger utenfor turistdistriktet, men i nærheten av uteliv-området: Ortaköy. Selve området som hotellet ligger i, er temmelig kjedelig for turister. otellet har (foreløpig) god pris i forhold til standard.

Very clean, safe, in a good area of town, the staff was very polite and friendly. The property has a beautiful restaurant on top of the building with magnificent views of the city and the Bosphorus. The lobby area restaurants are convenient, however a la cart menu a bit expensive compared to eating on local neighbourhoods. Even though there is a dedicated smoking section on one side of the ground floor restaurant, the smoke and smell of cigarettes permiates through out the lobby and reception area. It is almost impossible to avoid the smoke, unfortunatelly this applies to the room I was given, the smoke came to my room thru the AC vents. My room upgrade was not as good as I expected; a small room on the 3rd floor without significant views.
